KidsCorner Breastfeeding Clinic is dedicated to helping you achieve your breastfeeding goals!

If you are looking for in-person consultation regarding tongue tie assessment and possible treatment, please ask your midwife or doctor to refer you to see me at KidsCorner Medical.

In your appointment at KidsCorner, you will meet with one of our other skilled IBCLCs for support. If you prefer to see me, simply ask for me when our admin team calls to book your visit. Our 30-60min visit will include a breastfeeding assessment, oral exam, and a treatment plan. This plan may include a tongue tie release, or may first require other supports that ensure the baby is properly prepared for release. Some of the ways we prepare babies include oral habilitation exercises, bodywork (manual therapy) for the baby, as well as latching and breastmilk intake management. We then follow up with a reassessment before deciding with the pediatrician about the necessity of a procedure.
